THE CASTLES? LET’S VISIT THEM WITH GHOSTS!
FIRST DAY: in the morning visit to the neo-medieval village of Grazzano Visconti, the Waxworks Museum and the XIV century park of the castle, listed by Touring Club as "one of the best parks in Italy". Lunch in typical restaurant in Grazzano Visconti; in the afternoon transfer to Arda Valley, to the Castle of Gropparello, important fortress in Piacenza area, for guided visit and banquet - dinner in the Medieval Inn, with ancient courses served by waiters in ancient costumes. Accommodation and overnight in ***hotel, a former medieval fortress duly restored. SECOND DAY : breakfast in hotel and transfer towards Parma to visit castle of Bardi, wonderful fortress dominating on a red jasper rocks and then stop in Salsomaggiore, famous and nice thermal resort, lunch free. In the afternoon stop at Meli Lupi Fortress of Soragna, magnificent country house with Baroque pieces of furniture and important paintings. In late afternoon return.
